By downloading, installing, or using Timeryx ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Timeryx is a timer application that allows users to set and manage multiple timers for various purposes including cooking, fitness, focus, and household tasks. The App provides preset timers and allows users to create custom timers.

Use License

Permission is granted to download and use Timeryx for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not permit you to:

• Modify or copy the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations

User Responsibilities

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timeryx and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Timeryx and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.
